Bad Weather Cancellation Policy
The bad weather policy is pretty simple and customer friendly.
You can cancel/reschedule by 12pm (noon) of event date for no charge. We only accept cancellations/reschedules via email only – no phone calls. We will then confirm your cancellation/reschedule via email. If you cancel after that then we charge the delivery fee itemized on the contract. If we arrive AND start setting up then you pay the full amount with no refunds.
The screen and blower can get wet, but the projector, speaker(s) and Blu-ray player cannot.
